Spain, Malta, Belgium and Ireland: these are the destinations for the 20 young students from some high schools in Sassari and Oristano. They will be able to stay in European countries thanks to the Erasmus + VET project which also involves the AiCS FP Sardinia on the front line.

Last year the Sassari professional training institution obtained accreditation and is awaiting funding for the 2024 year of Erasmus+ KA1 VET Student Mobility, the School-Work Alternation projects abroad financed by the European Union. These training internships are intended for high school students and recent graduates within one year of obtaining their degree, a unique opportunity for organizations wishing to expand their cooperation and exchange activities at an international level.

Thanks to the collaboration born between the municipality of Sassari, the “Margherita di Castelvì” high school, the “Piazza Sulis” Higher Education Institute of Alghero and the “Lorenzo Mossa” Technical Institute of Oristano, 20 recent graduates and newly qualified students of the school year 2023/2024 will leave abroad at the end of July to follow professional internships, lasting 120 days, in the tourism, hospitality and food and wine sectors.
