A great satisfaction for the Senorbì wine cooperative, which for the first time in its history, is among the protagonists of the largest non-fair event dedicated to wine in Italy dedicated to restaurateurs, sommeliers, managers of venues, cellars and oenologists. In addition to the Cantina Trexenta, the award-winning sommelier of Senorbì Raffaele Porceddu is also among the protagonists of the event. Porceddu, manager of Angelini Wine & Estates (a wine company that refers to Angelini Pharma), is part of the group of 100 sommeliers selected by Milano Week to accompany visitors to tastings of the best labels during the entire event.

The sommelier from Senorbì became passionate about the world of wine as a boy, harvesting grapes in the fields of Trexenta with his father, uncle and two brothers. He then specialized in oenology through education and meeting the major wine producers in Europe, his name now appears in the elite of international professionals. For years he has undertaken a mission to enhance the wines of Sardinia, proposing a combination of quality and characteristics with the products of Northern Italy. The various awards obtained have earned him a special mention (“he has masterfully transformed one of his greatest passions into a profession”) in the book “Senorbì: arts, crafts and professions” produced by the Municipality to pay homage to the citizens who have made it.
