"We're going to Como full of energy, aware that we're facing a strong team but also that we can play our game." For Cagliari, tomorrow afternoon's match at the "Sinigaglia" stadium (kick-off is set for 3 p.m.) is like a match point and Davide Nicola certainly won't back down, despite the forfeits of Mina and Coman and the ailments of Luperto (who is unlikely to play), Pavoletti and Gaetano . The Piedmontese coach is keen to point out during the pre-match press conference at the "Crai Sport Center", immediately after the final training: "There are three days left and we're not just focusing on this one. Every match gives you the chance to reach your goal, and it's clear that we all want to do it as soon as possible."
On the other hand, a completely different team compared to the first leg, played on the second day. "Como has forcefully entered this Serie A championship, as have its coach and players. It has then further raised the technical level of the team. A truly pleasant team to watch ," says Nicola.
Cagliari, however, has also changed quite a bit since the match on August 26 (played at the Domus and ended 1-1), it has found the key and its own strong identity in the meantime, and Nicola is keen to underline this: «We are growing, the data confirms that the construction of this team has been careful. Then we all can't wait to reach the objective ». Tomorrow's match in Como could be the right one.
