It's called Touch2See and it allows blind people to experience a football match . The device, already tested in France in football, basketball and rugby and already an official partner of the Olympic and Paralympic Games in Paris and the last African Cup, has arrived in Italy thanks to Cagliari .

It consists of a tablet that reproduces a miniature field, which for the blind is a real revolution, since many of them know what a playing field looks like. A magnetic disk moves in real time on the playing field of the device and can be followed with the fingers, while the vibration increases or decreases in intensity depending on the importance of the game actions . In this way, the blind can enjoy the games and enter the heart of the matches, helped by the audio description that provides all the information on the progress of the match.

In Italy, Touch2See debuted last Friday at the Domus during the Cagliari-Verona match, with audio description by Radiolina . The red and blue club hosted a delegation from the Italian Blind Union, and the testimonial for the initiative was Daniele Cassioli , a blind man and Paralympic water skiing world champion: " I'm very excited, it's an incredible device ," said Cassioli in the video published on social media by Cagliari.

Today the red and blue club also received applause from the Minister for Disabilities Alessandra Locatelli: "Congratulations to Cagliari Calcio for introducing Touch2see, an innovative device that makes it possible to 'see' a match through a unique sensory experience! This important initiative, tested during the Serie A match against Verona, represents a concrete step towards greater accessibility and inclusion in the world of sport. Special thanks to Daniele Cassioli, who explained how this beautiful innovation works. A great example of how sport can break down barriers and become truly for everyone", wrote the representative of the Meloni government on Facebook.
