The technical times do not allow her to set the administrative machine in motion before about a month but in the meantime the governor in pectore Alessandra Todde goes into conflict with the outgoing Christian Solinas, calling him to "duty institutional respect: he and his council immediately suspend resolutions inappropriately adopted and are limited to ordinary administration".
Hundreds of new resolutions were approved in a very short time: «I had already reported it in recent days and I am obliged to do so again – Todde announces -. In the last hours of the electoral campaign, the Solinas council met three times and adopted over 200 new resolutions. Many of these, a week after their approval, are not even visible to Sardinian citizens who are purposely kept in the dark ."
«I was able to read, thanks also to the press, what they included in this batch of last-minute measures: appointments, extensions of positions, plans and programs that commit the administration for the next few years – she continues - They even gave the green light to programming the cohesion fund for over 2 billion euros. I believe it is extremely incorrect that an outgoing, expired and defeated council can define all this without shame and without respect for citizens ."

Solinas had 5 years to plan and invest the resources he had available and we are all aware of how it ended. As soon as we are officially operational, pending the legal deadlines and administrative practices, we will check everything that has been done in the dark and on the backs of the Sardinians in these last hours ."
The reply: «I don't accept lessons»
Christian Solinas' reply is poisonous . «If you really want to talk about recalls, taking up the chair, I would first invite Alessandra Todde to do more research before launching her attacks – she writes in a note – In fact, the centre-left in the last legislature with the Pigliaru Council did not limit itself to deliberating 147 times in two sessions prior to the elections of 24 February 2019, but it even met after the vote and a sound defeat twice more, on 5 and 14 March, adopting 63 resolutions for a total of 210 acts! No one tore their clothes. If necessary, however, we could do it today and remember every single resolution of that time."
But Solinas goes even further: «I would instead invite you to be more cautious regarding the defeat of the outgoing council, not only because even if your victory by a few hundred votes over the center-right candidate will be certified, you must not forget that your broad camp represents in reality the minority of Sardinians, detached as it is by over 42,000 votes from the centre-right. In a situation of such obvious divergence in Sardinian society on voting, a little more humility and prudence in statements would be more appropriate. Soon he will be able to demonstrate to us all his competence and skill in finding, planning and spending the resources of his programming cycle in a virtuous way. Good work!".
