Today, the third Monday of January, is "Blue Monday", traditionally the saddest day of the year and, according to a formula in vogue since 2005, the most "critical" for mental well-being.

This expression was coined by a psychologist from Cardiff University, Cliff Arnall, who used a mathematical formula. Under examination, poor light, low temperatures, the fact that the holidays have just ended: all this would contribute to lowering people's mood.

It is worth underlining, however, the fact that the scientific community has criticized this analysis which, in fact, seems to have nothing scientific about it. But, with a broader look, it can be said that this day represents an opportunity to keep attention high on mental health care.
