Thiesi celebrates Aunt Nietta's record: 105 years
The special day with friends, relatives and with the visit of the mayor
A record to celebrate and remember that of Aunt Nietta Pasquetta, originally from Thiesi .
Nietta has in fact reached the coveted milestone of 105 years, enjoying good health and enviable memory.
Her granddaughters, Lucia and Angela, the deputy mayor and the mayor Gianfranco Soletta joined cheering around her and celebrated her birthday with a religious ceremony celebrated by the parish priest Don Luigi at the “Casa Clivio” retirement home. Also present were the guests and the staff of the structure.
For her, not only a big cake, but a table decorated with flowers and balloons, but above all a lot of emotion to pay homage to a woman who has experienced moments of joy and satisfaction but also difficult times during her long life.
"Happy birthday dear Aunt Nietta from me, - said the mayor - from all the administration and from all the citizens of Thiesi for this special day".
