The XVIII Osilo Literary Prize is on the theme of the traditional dress of the country
The sections include essays, narratives, theatrical monologues, photography and painting.

The eighteenth edition of the Osilo Literary Prize has as its theme “Traditional Osilo clothing - History and memory”. The Salotto Letterario, which organizes the competition, has just published the announcement.
There are five sections through which to artistically express the intriguing and seductive theme of the traditional Osilise costume, of extraordinary aesthetic impact, appreciated throughout the world, an inimitable synthesis of skilled craftsmanship and immaterial allure.
The five sections: Nonfiction Selection Award, Narrative Selection Award, Theatrical Monologue Selection Award, Photography Award for Sardinian Antiquities at Night and Painting Award for Sardinian Antiquities at Night. Compositions in all the linguistic variants of Sardinia are admitted.
Also planned are the Recognition in memory of Ida Comaschi Caria, geologist and paleontologist, and the Recognition in memory of Salvatore Murgia, poet.
