The Italvolley girls close the first round of the World Cup in Holland with full points .

After the victories over Cameroon, Puerto Rico, Belgium and Kenya, the blue of Davide Mazzanti beat even the most difficult opponent of this first phase. Five victories without even a tiebreak , these are the partials with which Alessia Orro and her companions imposed themselves on the orange: 25-13, 22-25, 25-16, 25-21.

The 15 points won by Mazzanti's girls will also be important in the second phase of the tournament, where the points won in the first round are kept and added to those obtained in the other scheduled matches, before reaching the knockout challenges.

The blue one is the only team with full points . Now the best four of pool A, namely Italy, Belgium, Holland and Puerto Rico, will compete with those of pool D, China, Brazil, Japan and Argentina.

In today's challenge Davide Mazzanti has focused from the first minute on Alessia Orro , Caterina Bosetti, Cristina Chirichella, Elena Pietrini, Anna Danesi and Paola Egonu, with Monica De Gennaro free. Tuesday the next exit of the blue, in Rotterdam against Argentina.
