No turning point, Sassari remains shy on the road and loses the ninth away match out of ten. SA Casale Monferrato wins Tortona 79-62 who escapes with triples in the last quarter. The ranking thus remains anonymous, equidistant from the playoffs and the danger zone.

Balanced match in the first half: Charalampopoulos and Jefferson are lively in attack and when Cappelletti takes over a somewhat dull Tyree, Dinamo scores an 11-1 break which takes them from 18-14 to 19-25 in the 9th minute.

Tortona uses the three-point shot a lot and does well because it has 6/11: 33-30 in the 14th minute. Jefferson's 5 points put the score back on par: 37-37 at the break.

Upon returning after the break, Sassari loses three balls in a row and Tortona with Severini and Strautins gives the first real shock to the match: 48-39 in the 24th minute. Cappelletti's entry restores tone to the attack and McKinnie also has an impact: 50-48 in the 28th minute. Tortona, however, has a surge and as already in the first quarter scores a three at the end, this time with Ross: Sassari ends up at -9 and that gap sends the Banco into a tailspin which ends up heavily trailed in the last quarter confirming the difficulties in attack when it is far from PalaSerradimigni.
