The separatists of Liberu go with the center-left: "It is no longer time for divisions"
The analysis: in view of the elections, dialogue with the Campo largo to bring the separatist demands to the regional councilPer restare aggiornato entra nel nostro canale Whatsapp
The separatists of Liberu are approaching the center-left and in view of the next regional elections, they say, «
let's open the political dialogue with the forces of the Campo largo".The decision, a note explains, "is the result of the national assemblies of militants held in recent years, which have debated at length on the overall situation and have democratically decided on what to do".
The basis of the assessment was the unsatisfactory results «obtained in the attempt to put together different pro-independence groups, acknowledging an electoral law that requires thresholds that are too high for the current consistency of the pro-independence world, and taking into consideration the fact that , incredibly, our "Proportional Sardinian" electoral law proposal was hampered precisely by this political sphere, which would have been the main beneficiary and would have allowed it to have representation".
Liberu and Campo largo have not always been in the same positions. Indeed, there was "open conflict" on certain issues. But, the note continues, "at this moment it is necessary to sit down at a table and talk, trying to overcome the conflicts and starting a process of critical resolution of the factors that have gone against the interests of our people. Indeed, the current situation in Sardinia is so disastrous that we can no longer afford to leave roads unturned and doors closed. For the good of this land it is necessary to get to work wherever there are glimmers of dialogue».
The separatists therefore seek an alliance with “Italianist” forces because «there is no more time to repeat formulas already seen and which have already revealed all their inadequacy in the attempt to bring pro-independence representatives into the Regional Council. Now we will work to bring our requests to the centre-left's Campo largo and to try to get the urgent and necessary proposals for the defense of the rights of Sardinians into the electoral program, and hopefully the government one".
