There was no agreement between the Government and the Region of Sardinia before the signing of the Energy Dpcm and the Region does not agree with some passages of the provision dismissed by the premier.

This is why in these hours at Villa Devoto possible actions are being evaluated, starting with the appeal.

Governor Christian Solinas does not hide "concern and disappointment", stressing that it is "an act imposed from above" and that "Sardinia cannot accept that decisive choices for the next decades are unilateral".

According to the vice president of the Region Alessandra Zedda, "this energy decree is fine to the extent that it puts the interests of the Sardinians in the first place and protects the they can evaluate even the most extreme solutions, including the appeal ".
