Gal Marghine starts a process for the definition of the participatory local development strategy. With the slogan "Let's travel the path of development together", the Gal Marghine, starting from 8 November and until 7 December, will involve all those interested in the development of the territory in the process, to provide answers to persistent needs, encouraging vitality and development of rural areas and combating the phenomenon of depopulation and the gap between rural and urban areas, with particular regard to basic services, infrastructure, unemployment, poverty, social inclusion, gender equality and vulnerable groups.

«Our territory - it is written in a document from the local body - is called to decide, according to a bottom-up approach, on which thematic areas to focus its development strategy, which interventions to implement and how to use the dedicated funds to rural development and European ones". In the programming between 2023 and 2027 it will be possible to choose up to a maximum of two of the following thematic areas: local food systems, districts, agricultural and agri-food supply chains, services, goods, collective and inclusive spaces, socio-cultural and tourist-recreational offer systems local, therefore the local artisan and manufacturing production systems.

The meetings will take place in Macomer, in the meeting room of the Union of Municipalities, between November 8th and December 7th. The topic will therefore be at the center of the Gal Marghine members' assembly, which has been convened for next Monday, November 6, at 6 pm, in the meeting room of the Union of Municipalities, where the budget will also be approved.
