Back and forth between Sogaer (the management company of Cagliari airport) and Alberto Bertolotti, president of Confcommercio Sud Sardegna. At the centre, a debt of 18 million euros that the airlines (mostly, 12.8 million euros, Ryanair) would have towards the capital's airport, due to failure to pay the municipal surtax collected from the sale of tickets.

Bertolotti had already intervened, criticizing Sogaer «for the repeated inertia to urge carriers to pay the sums due», and yesterday, the reply : «The Sogaer top management highlights that the issue is known, and the company has periodically issued warnings to the carriers, starting from the date of the formation of the credit, 2014. Rather, one wonders why Bertolotti did not adopt any initiative in all the years in which he was part of the company's board of directors".

Bertolotti replies: «A clarification that does not specify. I asked why the money wasn't claimed, and "the top management" told me that I could have noticed it sooner. Since I don't care about the misplaced susceptibility of the phantom "leaders" who don't even sign a press release, but I remain firm in public interests, I repeat the question for Piga & co.: what have you done to ask Ryanair for the money it owes the airport of Cagliari? That airport which is public, which we do not want to give away to private individuals while "the top management" and their assignors want to benevolently offer it to the interests of speculative funds. Against the opinion of Anac, Enac, Ras, Ministry and Court of Auditors".
