The pandemic has changed everything, even in the world of work.

According to the headhunter company Adami & Associati, those who are looking for a job and are contacted for an interview may also be asked by the recruiter about how they dealt with the Covid-19 emergency.

"How did you experience the months of the lockdown?" or perhaps a more complex question like "What did you do during the pandemic to improve your professional or personal situation?" could become among the most popular questions of the new personnel selection methodology after the restrictions related to the spread of the coronavirus.
The health emergency would in fact have led companies to rethink the way they deal with and perceive crises, with consequences in terms of production and administration.

"As a consequence of all this, job interviews have also changed significantly, and both people looking for a new job, human resources staff and managers who will find themselves managing or participating in these delicate meetings should be aware of this. ", explained Carola Adami, founder of Adami & Associati.
