The Meloni government rewrites the Pnrr, modifying a significant part of the objectives still to be achieved.
In the proposal that will be submitted to the EU , 9 projects are definanced for 15.9 billion euros which , Minister Raffaele Fitto assured, will be "recovered with other sources".
Among the postponed measures, the funds for hydrogeological risk and those intended for municipalities.
The oppositions are controversial and the president of Anci Decaro is worried, asking for "guarantees".
"The picture that is emerging is nothing short of alarming," says the 5 Star Movement . «First the 'lame' third installment, ie without 500 million for university residences; then today's announcement of 16 billion euros of definanced Pnrr projects, including those dedicated to contrasting hydrogeological instability, flood risks and dedicated to energy efficiency of municipalities. They cannot reassure mere promises of future recovery of these resources.
“Unfortunately – echoes the Democratic Party – exactly what we had predicted is happening on the Pnrr. This Government is turning an extraordinary opportunity into a problem. In this way, we risk sacrificing very important projects, especially concerning the internal areas and the South».
Another expected change is in the chapter RepowerEu, which envisages interventions for 19 billion euros destined for investments in networks, efficiency improvements and production chains, dedicates 4 billion to a new eco-bonus for low-income families , previously excluded from efficiency interventions.
