Recruitments in sight for 80 young Sardinians in the companies of the Bper Group.
The Adecco company takes care of the selection of personnel. New recruits will be placed in front office activities, consultancy towards retail clients and activities in specialist offices.
We are looking for recent graduates in economics or law and graduates residing on the island, who will already join the bank's staff in the various regional offices in 2023, on direct contracts.
Among the requisites a strong interest in learning and a good knowledge of office automation tools. The profile is completed, says Adecco, by good communication and listening skills, problem solving, the propensity to work in a team, flexibility, reliability, confidentiality and willingness to be mobile.

The selection process involves a series of tests and interviews with Adecco personnel and will end with an interview with the Human Resources division of the Bper Group.
