Antonio Bubu Gargiulo's adventure continues at Masterchef Italia .

After last week's debut yesterday, albeit not without difficulty, the 19-year-old born in Campania, but Cagliari to all intents and purposes, managed to get on the balcony and snatch the ticket for the next episode of the Sky cooking show hosted by Bruno Barbieri , Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Giorgio Locatelli.

And to say that things didn't go very well at the beginning. The risotto with peppered mussels presented in the first step had made Bubu finish the pressure test, because as Barbieri said «a good cooking is not enough to say wow». But in the end it was cooking that saved him.

Once again it was a crescendo of emotions with the first Skill Test of the season, the most technical test of Masterchef. Three steps for a challenge that put the technical skills of amateur cooks at the center : the best climbed the balcony at each step, while the worst climbed gradually, up to the last, decisive test in the presence of chef Davide Scabin 2 Michelin stars . And Bubu at the second step with his spaghetti alla chitarra with meatball sauce convinced everyone, including Scabin. And now off to the next challenge.
