An instrumental track only, in new age style. It is called "Enea" and the accordionist Vanni Masala dedicated it to his son. From today it is online on all web platforms.

The musician from Oristano explains:   "The birth and the passage of time of these months, a growing child, all set to music with a new age elaboration. The melody is performed with the accordion, but also the other moments: the heartbeat is created by beating on the case, the breath by acting with the bellows."

Grandson (his grandfather Tonino was a well-known player) and son of artists (Paolo, a Sardinian dance teacher and former entertainer of Sardinian squares), Vanni Masala began playing the accordion at the age of six. He brought his music to Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Japan, Thailand, Russia and throughout Europe, also collaborating with world-famous artists. With Andrea Pisu he forms the duo Fantafolk. During the pandemic, their video clip shot on the island of Mal di Ventre of the cover with accordion and launeddas of the famous “The sound of Silence” had great resonance, which recorded over three million views on Facebook.

The Fantafolk duo is returning to Japan these days, specifically to Osaka for the Expo, with two concerts in the Universal Exhibition theatre, to represent Sardinia and Italy on the occasion of the great international event.
