Since 2020 it has represented a destination for many lovers of good food. And in the last few hours, the Osteria Abbamele in Mamoiada has achieved the prestigious Chiocciola recognition, being included in the Slow Food 2024 Osteria d'Italia guide.

A reconfirmation for the partnership led by chef Mauro Ladu and his wife Sara Tavolacci , already among the Slow food guides in 2023, winner in 2021 of the Barbagia stage of "Four restaurants" with chef Alessandro Borghese. But also part of the Gambero Rosso and L'Espresso guides.

In the awards ceremony held at the Puccini theater in Milan, the prize was awarded to the couple with the following motivation: "A tavern with attention to every detail, where the Sardinian culinary tradition is expertly revisited in a modern key ".
