The five most common mistakes at the table

The nutritionist explains the mistakes we make at the table that affect our well-being.
Eating poorly is sabotaging our daily lives! Yet, we make daily mistakes at the table that, over time, weigh down our bodies and waste energy. The first mistake is eating by the clock or by habit. The body should only receive food after previous digestion is complete. Eating too early overloads the body. The second common mistake is mixing too many foods in the same meal: complex combinations slow down the digestive process, promoting fermentation and bloating. Eating too quickly and without chewing properly is also a mistake: digestion begins in the mouth. And drinking water at the table? It dilutes gastric juices and slows digestion: the body doesn't like distractions while it's working! Finally, eating while stressed or distracted alters the digestive process. The nervous system must be balanced for the body to assimilate properly. "Health = proper timing + simplicity + true hunger."
