After days of intense confrontation between the parties of the majority, the political agreement arrived today to eliminate the 25 thousand Isee ceiling for the houses. The agreement has received the go-ahead in principle from the government, which awaits the last checks by the Accounting Office on the accounts.
The main problem, which kept the agreement stalled for days, was linked to the costs of the measure for 2024: 350 million euros that will be covered by using the funds available to Parliament for amendments to the budget law.
In the maneuver, however, there are still accounts to be closed and the amendments will be formalized only tomorrow: the Senate Budget Committee will be able to start voting on the changes during what will most likely end up being a long marathon.
The text could arrive in the Chamber on Thursday, where it will be reinforced by a vote of confidence. It will then collect the go-ahead from Parliament just before New Year's Eve, just in time to avoid the provisional exercise.
The meetings on the budget law continued throughout the weekend at the headquarters of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in via XX Settembre and tonight's session of the Commission was skipped, to give time to the three speakers Daniele Pesco (Movimento 5 Stelle) , Erica Rivolta (Lega) and Vasco Errani (Liberi e Uguali) to prepare the ground for the definition of the amendments.
Among the results of the negotiations, in addition to the Superbonus, there is also the agreement on the renewal of the incentive for photovoltaics and for architectural barriers and on the alignment of the towed works with the driving ones, which would all be discounted at 110%.
Among the other requests accepted by the executive led by Prime Minister Mario Draghi, there is the modification of the pension requirements for construction workers and potters, who will be able to stop before working. For those who decide to use the social Ape, the contribution threshold will drop from 36 to 32 years and together with the 63 years of age it will allow them to leave work early.
“As I had hoped and as proposed by the heavy work commission of the Ministry of Labor, an agreement was reached for the pension advance for construction workers and potters. It is right to give those who work on construction sites a differentiated pension. An important signal for a sector in which we must work every day to affirm, protect and defend the safety, quality and dignity of work ”, commented with satisfaction the Minister of Labor, Andrea Orlando.
Finally, there is also the okay on the extension of the exemption of the tax for the occupation of public land or tax on tables (the three-month extension is worth 82.5 million euros), as well as on the doubling of the furniture bonus threshold. , which goes from five thousand to ten thousand euros.
