«With the arrival of summer, following the diet is certainly more complicated but not impossible. Summer holidays are in fact a metaphor for leisure, conviviality but also an opportunity for transgression which, if managed badly, can leave you with a few extra kilos along with the good memories. How to make summer blunders become venial sins? The first of the useful strategies is to constantly hydrate our body: it is in fact easy to confuse thirst with hunger. Another line-saving rule is to precede the "cheat" at dinner with the rest of the day as a "good student", thus respecting the usual diet. On the one hand, this will avoid arriving at the galley dinner hungry and on the other it will ensure the body has all the nutrients necessary for a perfect metabolism. If the "free meal" instead happens at lunch, don't worry, just reverse the main meals. Finally, it is important to remember that socializing often involves "extra calories" such as alcohol, which in addition to being unhealthy also tends to increase weight."
