The €800 million budget adjustment is expected to receive the green light from the Chamber this evening.

But not before the approval of a small law signed by all the group leaders to allocate the resources necessary for farmers to address the bovine dermatitis emergency.

This morning, the Chamber approved the first seven articles of the amendment, after which Assembly President Piero Comandini suspended the proceedings to allow the offices to prepare the specific text for dermatitis, which should be brought before the Chamber after the lunch break.

A streamlined bill, preferred by the parties to the idea of tabling an amendment to the variation, would allow companies to access the resources (approximately thirteen million euros, although the opposition is pushing for at least another five million) more quickly.

Approval for this measure is expected in the early afternoon. Discussion of the remaining fourteen articles of the adjustment will then proceed.
