Green light for the first of the five articles of bill 45, the one that specifically identifies the areas suitable and unsuitable for the installation of renewable energy systems .
The acceleration is the result of the agreement reached by the parties, with the center-right having some of its requests recognized . Among others, the inclusion in the text of a reference to the Sardinian Statute: the amendment in question signed by Paolo Truzzu (FdI) passed unanimously . The green light for the amendment by Sardegna al centro 20Venti, which opens up to “repowering” in existing plants, that is, the replacement of obsolete blades with the latest generation, more performing but also taller, is also the result of the agreement between Campo Largo and the minority .
Forza Italia, which had requested the immediate entry of Patobello 24 into the commission, withdrew from the agreement and left the Chamber.
THE AMENDMENT
The new course of the bill, in short, has begun . Thanks above all to the unanimous approval of the amendment first signed by Paolo Truzzu (FdI) which recalls the Statute , in particular Article 3 which provides for the legislative competence of Sardinia in matters of construction and urban planning , and which cannot be ignored in the identification of suitable and unsuitable areas. Among the changes requested by the minority is the most important, which among other things also takes up one of the inspiring principles of Pratobello 24. The text of the Council made no reference to the Sardinian Statute, but limited itself to citing the Draghi decree. The center-right insisted for days precisely with the aim of putting the statutory principles in black and white in the Suitable Areas bill.
The session is adjourned to next Tuesday. And now that there is an agreement to proceed quickly, according to leaks, the diplomats of the sides are working to get the final green light for the Suitable Areas bill already at the beginning of next week .
