The president of the Region Alessandra Todde will soon show up at Palazzo Chigi to participate in one of the next sessions of the Council of Ministers in which energy issues will be discussed. We are a Region with a special statute, we have constitutional rank, but it is not tolerable that a ministry allows itself to say that a Sardinian law is not applicable. Conflict of attribution. The announcement comes the day after the Region's decision to appeal to the Consulta for the authorizations issued by the Ministry of the Environment for three different agrivoltaic plants in the Oristano area. "I was summoned by President Meloni to the Council of Ministers, precisely regarding Law 20, the Sardinian law on suitable areas, after having raised the conflict of attribution before the Constitutional Court. "I think it was important to have raised our heads: we made it clear that we are going all the way on this issue."
Complaint.
