With the arrival of summer, it is now an established reality, the life of all of us is more outside than inside the house! Here, therefore, tempting opportunities such as street food appear and wink at us .
Street food is certainly very convenient and can represent an alternative for those who don't have much time to eat but unfortunately, unfortunately, not exactly healthy. Both for those following a low-calorie diet and for those simply looking for a healthy and balanced lifestyle, street food should be consumed occasionally.
However, it is necessary to make a distinction between the different street foods, some healthier than others. For example, "salad bars" which include take-away salads on the menu, sometimes with the inclusion of cereals (such as couscous or quinoa), or simply a wholemeal sandwich with vegetables, both choices which they combine practicality and health. For incurable lovers of kebab and pizza, all that remains is the measure, "sola dosis venenum facit" claimed Paracelsus in the 16th century!
