Stadium in Cagliari, the crux remains: there is the amendment by FdI but not by the Giunta

The knot mostly on the missing funds for the construction of the new Cagliari stadium is even more evident today.

While awaiting a proposal from the Giunta that has not yet arrived, the Brothers of Italy decided to break the delay and a little while ago filed an amendment to the Budget which authorizes the expenditure of fifty million euros spread over three years for the construction of the plant and related infrastructural works in view of Italy's candidacy as host country of the European 2032. The beneficiary is the Municipality of Cagliari. The funds are broken down as follows: 20 million for 2023, 15 for 2024 and 15 for 2025.

The session in the Regional Council has just begun with a delay of an hour and a half. The definitive go-ahead for the maneuver could be postponed to Wednesday 1 February . In any case, the majority assures, there will be no risk of a second month of provisional exercise .
