Sophia Loren falls and fractures her femur: undergoes surgery
The actress, 89 years old, has canceled all commitments. For her rest and convalescence

Fear for Sophia Loren.
The actress, who recently turned 89, fell and fractured a femur.
Rescued, she was taken to hospital in Geneva, Switzerland, where she underwent surgery.
From what we understand, the surgery went well and now Loren will have to spend a period of convalescence.
For her, all commitments on the agenda were cancelled, to allow for rest and recovery.
