“ Darkness ” is the second video clip from Manuel Attanasio 's new album, entitled " Opodiptera" . Filmed entirely in the mining village of Argentiera (Sassari), "Darkness" features five dancers, directed and choreographed by Alessandra Mura.

The singer-songwriter from Sassari explains: “In the sumptuous and wonderful geological delirium that Argentiera offers, a surreal landscape of rocks sculpted and scratched by the sea and the wind, five bodies flee, run, embrace the earth, followed by their dark souls that merge, shape their forms and finally invade their bodies in a path that will lead them to surrender on the beach, with a stormy sea and two beings of light who observe and watch over the inevitable acceptance”.

The five dancers are Emilia Satta , Sara Giordanelli , Valentina Solinas , Francesca Panu and Giomaria Carboni of the Mediterranean ballet. Video shooting, editing and visual effects are by Alessandro Spanu.
