Produced exclusively from red grapes from the heart of Gallura, 250 meters above sea level on sandy soils of granite disintegration, «A'MARE is born from careful vinification: manual harvesting, soft pressing of the whole grapes and refermentation, with aging on the yeasts to enhance finesse and persistence. The result is a pale pink rosé sparkling wine, with a distinctive style».
