In eighteen meticulously crafted pages, all the alleged violations forwarded to the Sassari Prosecutor's Office and sent for information to the heads of the State and Region , including Presidents Giorgia Meloni and Alessandra Todde, are detailed in black and white.
The Committee reports "a devastation of cultural and landscape heritage ." A "plunder." Hence the complaint to " evaluate any potential criminal offenses and, if necessary, identify the potential responsible parties ."
In "Bardiania de sa Nurra pro sa Sardinnia" they appeal to the "well-founded fear of risk." However, their findings indicate that "the systems indicated in the complaint have a visual impact" or, in any case, "interference with the buffer zones" established by law.
