Benevento, the third force in group C, will be Torres' opponent in the second round of the national playoffs, i.e. the quarterfinals for promotion to Serie B. The challenge is played over home and away matches. First match on Tuesday at Benevento, return to "Vanni Sanna" on Saturday 25 May.

The formula states that if the result is equal after the two matches, the player with the best goal difference will advance. If there are equal results and goals, extra time is not played but the team that placed best in the championship, therefore Torres, advances.

The draw also established the semi-final pairings. Whoever wins between Torres and Benevento will face the winner between Juventus Next Gen and Carrarese, so the Final Four will feature three teams from group B

In the other part of the draw, the semi-final will pit Catania and Avellino, both from group C, and Vicenza-Padova, teams from group A.
