Serie C: Torres conquers Sestri Levante 2-1 and goes to the top
Nanni scores, Scotto misses the penalty but Fischnaller solves the problem

Torres returns to the top of Serie C at least temporarily. They win the advance on the Sestri Levante field by 2-1 after a match that they could have won easily and it gets complicated when Scotto (among the best on the field) kicks the penalty on the goalkeeper for 2-0. The Ligurians equalize but in the end it is Fischnaller who scores again.
Chronicle. Coach Greco puts Mastinu back in midfield with Casini. It is on the left that Torres puts the Ligurians in trouble , because Liviero pushes and so does Scotto, so after the initial dangers (nice cross from the ex Nunziatini) crosses rain down from the wing and one from Scotto ends up on the top of the crossbar. At half an hour, again from the left, but from the very polite left foot of Mastinu the cross at half height that Nanni with a twist heads in for the advantage.
In the second half Torres could have closed it immediately, because they earned a penalty for Valentini's arm touch, but the goalkeeper guessed and dived to neutralize Scotto's shot. Sestri levante charged up and equalized with Valentini who scored with a header on Furno's cross.
The match becomes uncertain, Greco throws Fischnaller into the fray and the striker places a strike in front of goal almost at the 90th minute that makes it 2-1 .
