Senorbì yogurt is among the 10 best in Italy

The genuine products of Trexenta to conquer the peninsula. The yoghurt produced in the company of the young agricultural entrepreneur Mattia Sirigu received the nomination by Ruminantia winning the right to participate in the first national competition featuring the products of Italian agricultural dairies promoted as part of the Cremona International Zootechnical Fairs.

The yogurt of the Senorbì company , following an analysis of the genuineness and quality of the product, was among the ten best in Italy . The selection was made by the jury of experts convened by Ruminantia , a free web-magazine intended for all operators in the milk and meat production chain from ruminant breeding.

Italian agricultural dairies,   who deal with livestock breeding on their own, have now become important realities that work not only to implement income using their own milk , but also and above all to produce quality food . In particular, for some years – also in Sardinia – there has been an increase in small companies that have included yogurt in their production in the various types: white, sweetened or flavoured.
