The 2023/24 school year was particularly fruitful for the trips abroad organized by the Azuni High School of Sassari . Over three hundred students, male and female, were involved from February to July , for the majority of the three-year period, and several accompanying teachers.

Opportunities offered thanks to visits to contexts and structures of interest for the study paths, participation in events, work placement experiences valid for the former school-work alternation, exchanges with other scholastic, cultural and artistic realities.

An important opportunity for linguistic training combined with work placement experiences was offered to the students selected through the “Oikos-Erasmus+” project, in which the Sassari Institute has been involved for several years now, with stays lasting over a month in Germany, France, Ireland and Spain, respectively in Berlin, Paris, Clonakilty and Valencia, with the support of tutor teachers and the issuing of European certifications.

One stage took the students of some fifth grade classes to Greece on a tour that extended from Athens to Mycenae, Epidaurus, Nafplio and then to Delphi , with a guided visit to each of the main historical buildings and archaeological sites .

Instead, the students of the guitar ensemble of the music course were in Budapest, guests of their colleagues' families and accompanied by their instrument teachers, for a twinning with two schools in the Hungarian capital and participation in a guitar festival.
