Sassari, IRS attacks Alessandra Todde: «Improper use of our symbol»

"They make improper use of our symbol ." This morning at a press conference in Sassari, in the Grazia Deledda hotel, the exponents of iRS-indipedentzia Repubrica de Sardigna protested that the derooted Arborense tree appears in the logo symbolizing the M5S-A Innantis alliance for the regional elections. «It belongs to IRS - specifies Simone Maulu, spokesperson for the movement - It is an illegitimate operation which is contested on a political level, which creates confusion in the electorate and causes damage to our political entity which has been investing in that symbol for twenty years visibility and resources".
The attack is aimed both at Francesco Sedda, representative of the A Innantis association, and at the gubernatorial candidate Alessandra Todde, who is reproached for not knowing the island's political reality. «He began his electoral campaign in July by launching the slogan Est Ora, in use for years by iRS, ProgReS and Torra to define the process of dialogue between the pro-independence realities».
Among other things, the support of the pro-independence acronyms, as noted, is in favor of the candidacy of Renato Soru .
For all these reasons, IRS warns Innantis and Todde from using the symbol, asking for it to be removed from all materials, electoral and otherwise, and is ready to take legal action if they do not do so.
