Friday 25 October at 9 pm the Teatro Verdi in Sassari hosts the second event of the “Voci di Donna” review, now in its 25th edition and created by the Teatro e/o musica cooperative. The protagonist is the singer Diana Puddu from Quartu, winner of the latest edition of “The Voice Senior”, the Rai 1 talent show presented by Antonella Clerici with Arisa, Gigi D'Alessio and Loredana Bertè as coaches.

Diana Puddu brings the musical tour “In…Canto di donna” to the Sassari stage. She will propose a rich selection of beloved songs made famous by the queens of Italian pop music: Ornella Vanoni, Fiorella Mannoia, Loredana Bertè, Antonella Ruggiero and many others.

"My first fan - says Diana Puddu - was my dad Gabriele, he told me I had a beautiful voice and then I would climb up on the living room table to perform and the whole family would applaud me. I am the firstborn of 5 children and even though my father wanted me to attend the Conservatory to study singing in the end I preferred to give up. I still felt fulfilled, I liked my life, I cultivated my interests and sang in a band (as they said at the time), we did lots of dates, we had fun. I don't regret not having chased success as a girl and now I'm happily enjoying this new youth".
