With the reopening of the language offices, the activities of the "Tulis" program, financed by the Region for the protection of the Sardinian language, resume in Parteolla and Basso Campidano. Six municipalities are involved in the initiative: Dolianova, Serdiana, Soleminis, Donori, Barrali and Settimo San Pietro. The total amount allocated by the regional Department of Culture is 81 thousand euros.

The Tulis programme, in addition to the activation of language desks, provides training activities for the knowledge of Sardinian aimed at citizens and municipal staff, cultural initiatives for linguistic promotion and the creation of bilingual signs (road signs and signs) and the recovery of traditional toponyms.

The weekly opening hours of the language desks to the public have been defined: Monday in Donori (municipal offices from 9am to 1.30pm) and Barrali (in the Town Hall from 2.30pm to 6.30pm); Tuesday at Settimo San Pietro (in the Library from 9/12.30); Thursday in Dolianova (in the Library from 9am to 1pm); Friday in Serdiana (in the Town Hall from 9am to 1pm) and Soleminis (Casa Spada-Corda from 2pm to 5pm and 6pm to 7pm).
