Dean Kronsbein , the Anglo-German entrepreneur who was the victim of a serious accident in Porto Cervo , where his yacht crashed due to causes under investigation against the rocks, did not die of a heart attack.
The 63-year-old was killed by a severe spinal injury and severe chest trauma as a result of a violent ground impact.
This is the result of the autopsy performed on the victim's body by the coroner appointed by the Tempio Pausania prosecutor, Matteo Nioi, which ended late yesterday evening.
THE INVESTIGATIONS - Under investigation for manslaughter and injuries Mario Lallone , commander of the Amore yacht crashed against the rocks of the island of Rocche, and Luigi Cortese , commander of the Magnum 70 "Sweet Dragon" motorboat of the Berlusconi family.
The two continue to blame each other . Cortese, 57, originally from Ischia, told the investigators that it would have been Love who had made the wrong move. Lallone instead stated that he was forced to suddenly change course in order not to collide with the Magnum 70, a thesis that was also confirmed by the victim's family.
In the meantime, the Tempio Pausania Public Prosecutor's Office has ordered further investigations. Next Wednesday, a technical consultant should be appointed to reconstruct the dynamics of the accident and to investigate the seized on-board instrumentation.
