Workshop destroyed by fire in Siliqua: "It was a cowardly attack"

The cause of the fire that destroyed a workshop in Siliqua yesterday evening is an attack ( HERE THE NEWS ). The flames completely destroyed the business in the industrial area of Santa Maria, owned by Marco Piras and Tore and Francesco Bachis.

"The municipal administration of Siliqua, deeply affected by what happened", is the position taken by the Municipality led by the mayor Francesca Atzori, "strongly condemns the cowardly attack".

The Town Hall expresses the solidarity "of the whole community with our fellow villagers, who have seen the fruit of their daily toil and sacrifice go up in smoke".

The mayor announces that she intends to undertake «all the initiatives within our competence to be able to activate the solidarity channels aimed at alleviating the serious losses suffered. The closeness and concrete collaboration of fellow citizens has already been activated, in a laborious and spontaneous work worthy of admiration. A prompt reaction full of hope».
