"Help, come on, I have a panic attack." The call came from a populous district of Cagliari . On the phone was an almost 60-year-old woman - a manager in a public body - who declared that she was alone, in need of medical intervention. The Areus plant immediately identified the first available crew , who mobilized to reach the indicated address as soon as possible.

In the meantime , an attempt has been made to contact the woman again, to reassure her. But she didn't answer. Fearing the worst, the operator thus alerted the firefighters, who would have had to intervene to force the door. But when the rescuers arrived , the woman immediately responded and welcomed them into the house. And she explained, mortified and come to her senses, the reasons for the phone call to the emergency line: there was a cockroach in the house and she was overwhelmed by a violent panic attack because she could not locate the cockroach. But meanwhile, while the ambulance was en route, he found and killed her.

However, the operators detected the woman's vital parameters. They were fine. And the fire brigade also remained in its place, warned of the false alarm. In the summer, it seems, this also happens.
