Entrepreneur Emanuele Ragnedda, imprisoned for the murder of Cinzia Pinna, is being investigated into the alleged mistreatment of his mother, Nicolina Giagheddu.

The woman had reported her husband, Mario Ragnedda, for alleged mistreatment (some of which allegedly occurred after the Conca Entosa crime), and now her son has been implicated in the investigation into the alleged domestic violence, which remains to be proven. The investigation, now being conducted by the Porto Cervo Police Station, is being shrouded in the utmost secrecy, and more importantly, no information has emerged regarding Emanuele Ragnedda's role in the affair.

According to rumors, the entrepreneur, producer of the world's most expensive Vermentino, may have already been interviewed in prison and will be questioned by investigators. They are seeking corroboration of the content of a dozen new audio recordings acquired by the Tempio Prosecutor's Office, files that appear to document incidents reported by the alleged victim of abuse. The voice of Emanuele Ragnedda has apparently been incontrovertibly identified in these audio recordings.

What role did the man play in the incidents at the center of the investigation, which already has Mario Ragnedda under investigation? This is the question investigators, coordinated by director Valentina Piras, must answer. The lawyers assisting Nicolina Giagheddu, Angela Corda and Lia Deiana, are not providing any information on the ongoing investigation. As requested by the two lawyers, the judicial police are interviewing witnesses (people very close to Emanuele Ragnedda's parents) who are aware of facts deemed relevant.

Investigations are also underway into the alleged role of law enforcement officials who, in some way, intervened between the victim and some colleagues to contain the spread of Nicolina Giagheddu's reports.
