A motorcyclist is in serious condition after being involved in a bad accident on State Road 126, near San Giovanni Suergiu.
According to an initial reconstruction - the injured man is 18 years old - he crashed into a van in front of him and remained on the ground.
The rescuers of Sulcis Emergenza rushed to the scene, then supported by the crew of a Mike. After an initial stabilization - the motorcyclist suffered numerous traumas - the intervention of the helicopter rescue was requested.
The surveys are carried out by the Carabinieri of Sant'Antioco, supported by their colleagues from the Radiomobile of Carbonia.
The state road was closed and then reopened to traffic, with Anas workers at work to manage the traffic.
