A car overturned and the driver dead.
This is the outcome of a road accident that occurred this morning just before 7am on State Road 196, at the Villasor exit , a short distance from the first crossroads for Serramanna, in front of the Federica water plant.
As far as we know, there were no other vehicles involved: the car went off the road and overturned, the victim was crushed and trapped by the sheet metal, and when they pulled her out it was already too late. It is the third cross in a few hours on the roads of Sardinia , after the deaths of two motorcyclists: Daniele Fonnesu , 29 years old, last night in Fluminimaggiore, and a 32 year old this morning on the 195 .
The firefighters were on site, who extracted the victim from the passenger compartment, and the 118 rescuers.
