Dozens of open sea urchins, placed on the back of the boat in the crystal clear sea of northern Sardinia.

The video of the tasting was posted by Roberto Testa, a Neapolitan, president of the national association of oysters and owner of a restaurant.

Those images - published on various social profiles of the entrepreneur - were relaunched by the well-known Facebook page "Sardegna rubata e plundered", which punctually reports incorrect behavior on the part of visitors to the island: «When the Ente Parco dell'Arcipelago della Maddalena promotes sustainable tourism. Does she refer to this kind of tourist?” is the rhetorical question of the “guardians” of the environment.

Perplexities have also been raised at the source, i.e. on the personal profiles of the author: "Hedgehogs collected during the prohibition period in an absolutely forbidden area", notes a commentator. Testa's answer is: «Old video». As if to say that it dates back to a period in which the collection of sea urchins was not suspended (now it is, in Sardinia, given the shortage of specimens).

The scenario, however, seems typically summer. And there are other videos recorded in Sardinia published by Testa himself: all published in the period of August 15th.
