Van pierced by guardrail in Olbia, driver miraculously unharmed

The guardrail pierced the windshield and went right through the van. But the driver was miraculously unhurt.

Terrible scenario, but fortunately (immense) without serious consequences what occurred to the eyes of the rescuers who intervened this morning at the gates of Olbia , on the Sp73, near the Pili Ezzu roundabout.

The firefighters extracted the man driving the vehicle, who was entrusted to the care of the 118 staff: he was very frightened but only a few bruises.

On the spot, for the reliefs, also the carabinieri and the local police of the Gallura town. Traffic was slowed down until the road was completely made safe.
