A Swiss motorcyclist went off the road on his powerful motorcycle, sustaining several injuries . The incident occurred this afternoon along the Orientale highway, in the Urzulei area.

The motorcyclist was injured after losing control of his vehicle while traveling at kilometer marker 184. Rescued by PAVS volunteers in Urzulei, the rider was transported to the hospital aboard the Areus Echo Lima 1 helicopter from its Olbia base. He suffered multiple fractures.

The Lanusei traffic police officers, coordinated by Inspector Fausto Loddo, operated on site.
