On Murdegu, an "inadmissible" appeal. The TAR has sent back to sender the request for compensation presented by the company Grv Wind Sardegna 7 that wanted to plant seven cyclopean wind turbines on the hills of Marmilla - a short distance from the Unesco site Su Nuraxi di Barumini and the nuraghe Genna Maria di Villanovaforru - all to be installed in the municipality of Villanovafranca but with a cable duct that would also have crossed the territories of Furtei, Sanluri and Villamar.
On April 9, the Ministry of the Environment and Energy Security torpedoed the wind farm project in question, considering it too impactful, but while waiting for the Mase decision, GRV Sardegna 7 had turned to the administrative judges complaining about delays and asking for a refund. Nothing doing. A few days ago, the TAR filed the sentence (not final) citing more than one reason .
