Fatal accident in the evening in San Teodoro, where a motorcyclist lost his life. The victim was called Mauro Falconi, he was 47 years old and originally from Fonni: together with his father he managed the Bonsai Hotel, also in San Teodoro, and he is the cousin of the mayor of the Barbagia municipality, Daniela Falconi. A new tragedy for the Fonni community , already hit hard by the accident on Wednesday at the gates of the town that caused the death of four very young people.

The dynamics of the crash are still unclear: according to initial reconstructions, Falconi lost control of his motorcycle and then crashed into a tree. The accident occurred in via Carlo Marx, in the L'Alzoni neighborhood, a poorly lit street and when it was already dark. The rescue efforts by 118 were not enough . The local police also intervened on site for the first legal investigations.
